Accessibility
We want crystalgleam.ca to be usable by the people who need a commercial cleaning quote.
Keyboard
Menus, form, and in-page nav work without a mouse.
Less motion
Decorative animation turns off when you ask the OS.
Quote by email
The form is optional. Email works the same.
01
What is already in place
Crystal Gleam is based in London, Ontario. We aim to meet the spirit of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as we continue to improve this site.
- A skip link to jump to the main content
- Visible focus and keyboard use for menus, the quote form, and in-page navigation
- Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative icons are marked as such
- Form labels on every quote field, including facility and service choices
- A motion-safe path when the system asks to reduce motion
- Readable type and colour contrast on primary text and buttons
02
Known limits and compatible use
Some photographs are decorative background images. The before-and-after floor slider is easier with a mouse or a horizontal swipe; it is not the only way to understand the service — the surrounding copy describes the same work. Third-party font files come from Google Fonts.
The site is built to work in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, on desktop and mobile. We do not require an account to request a quote.
03
Ask for another format
If you cannot use the form, email contratacion@crystalgleam.ca with your site name, address, and the services you need. We will take the quote request by email.
If you need this legal information in another format, ask the same address.

The rest of the legal set
Same design language as the rest of the site. Same owner in London.
Need a program, not a policy?
Tell us about the building. We’ll write the daily, deep, and floor-care quote.
