The website

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to crystalgleam.ca and quote requests submitted through it. The site is operated by Crystal Gleam (“we”, “us”), founded by Johan Bueno in London, Ontario. By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The site is for information about commercial cleaning and floor-care programs. Content is general. It is not a bid, a price list, or a promise that we can take every building. You may not use the site to break the law, overload the server, scrape content at scale, or submit false quote details. We may change or take down pages at any time.

All trademarks, text, layout, and original graphics on this site belong to Crystal Gleam or their licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing business without written permission.

Quotes are not a contract

A form submission is a request for information. It does not create a service contract. A program becomes binding only when we send a written quote or work order and you accept it in writing (including email).

We do not publish a rate card. Every location is priced after we understand the site. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is extra, as required in Ontario, unless a written quote says otherwise.

We may decline work that is not a fit — including residential jobs, sites outside the area we can staff, or scopes we cannot deliver to the standard we sell.

If you hire us

Service details — scope, frequency, start date, access, chemicals, and any multi-year price lock — are those in the accepted written program. Site conditions, locked areas, or missing access can change timing. Emergency call-outs are scheduled when a crew is available. We are not a first-responder or hazardous-materials contractor.

You are responsible for giving safe access, truthful site information, and any facility rules our crew must follow. We are responsible for performing the agreed scope with reasonable care.

Commercial facility managers often need insurance and workplace-coverage documents on file before a crew starts. Ask for those documents with your quote. We provide what we hold for the engagement; we do not publish policy numbers or coverage limits on this website.

Liability and messages

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent Ontario law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying only on website copy, or for downtime, hosting issues, or third-party font/script failures. For contracted cleaning work, liability is limited to the terms of the accepted written program and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that Ontario law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Emails about a quote you requested are related to that request. You can ask us to stop further commercial messages by emailing info@crystalgleam.ca.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.

If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these Terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the update.
